Jamie is currently lecturing and researching at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Jamie completed a PhD in seismic engineering in 2004 and has almost twenty technical papers published in International journals and conference proceedings in the area of Structural Engineering. He is also one of the main contributors of a report submitted to the European Commission to improve the European Seismic Design Code, Eurocode 8.
